9k Kiriban: CP9 on Break

...I pissed away four days on this one. DDDDx Go me.

Since "9,000" and "Cipher Pol. 9" both contain the number "9," said organization became the subject of... this kiriban. >>;; (What did you expect, another "IT'S OVER 9,000!!!!" joke? xD)

This picture is in response to the fact that Odacchi never bothers to fully illustrate groups of people besides the Mugiwara Kaizoku-dan. D: Personally, I think CP9 deserves to travel somewhere crazy (for no apparent reason), too!

Thus, I drew the above picture and emulated Odacchi's style of coloring (I tried to, anyway); I managed to fail in both aspects, what with the lineart being as sloppy as it is.
